Hello Reverend,
I cannot find an e-mail address to reach you, so I am using your blog.
I would like to use the photo 060212e-Baby crying.bmp found on your Web page :http://saintlukeministries.org/ in a training document for our Canadian Border Service Officers regarding issuing penalties for travellers carrying over regulated goods.
We would like to use this picture because it depicts a particular circumstance that an officer must take into consideration before assessing the gravity of a violation i.e. for example, a mother forgetting to declare she has a ham sandwich because she is too busy taking care of her little crying darling.
Therefore, I woul like to know :
Can we use this photo ?
If you agree, how would like to have the agreement settled : Official papers, site mention, etc.
Thank you for your kind attention,
Diane Des Rochers
